If you use Try Verity for free during beta, there is no payment to refund. Free credits, access, and beta limits may change as the product evolves.
Paid plans and credit packs
When paid plans, subscriptions, or credit packs become available, eligible refund requests should be sent to contact@akabusiness.tech with the email used for the purchase and the order details.
14-day refund window
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds may be denied for abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or excessive consumption of purchased credits before the request.
Payment processor
Payments and refunds may be processed through Paddle. Refund timing can depend on the payment method, bank, card issuer, and payment processor policies.
