Try Verity is an AI interview practice product operated by AKA Business. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us about your data.
1. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, Google account profile information, uploaded or pasted CV/resume text, job descriptions, interview answers, generated feedback, usage events, analytics events, and payment-related records when paid plans become available.
2. How we use information
We use your information to provide interview simulations, generate AI feedback, save your practice history, manage daily credits, improve Try Verity during beta, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and process purchases or refunds when payments are enabled.
3. AI processing
Your CV/profile, job description, questions, and answers may be sent to AI providers such as Google Gemini to generate interview questions, hints, feedback, and reports. Do not upload confidential information that you are not comfortable processing through third-party AI services.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use essential local storage and authentication data to keep your session working. We only load Google Analytics after you accept analytics consent. You can reject analytics and still use Try Verity.
5. Service providers
We use third-party providers including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, Google for AI and analytics, and Paddle for payment processing when purchases are available.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep account, usage, and interview data while your account is active or as needed to run the beta, provide support, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and maintain product records. You may request deletion by contacting contact@akabusiness.tech.
7. Security
We use authentication, server-side API access, rate limits, database access controls, and provider security features to protect the product. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
